We at S+C are among the most efficient suppliers for high-quality stainless steel components in the area of investment casting. All our materials are available in investment casting:

  • Castings with a length of up to 500mm.
  • Castings with a width of up to 400mm.
  • Castings with a height of up to 300mm.
  • Over 65 years of experience in investment casting.

All our materials are available for investment castings.

„Made by S+C” also means: We check which manufacturing process and which material are most suitable for your requirement. Our components leave S+C either in as cast / pre-machined condition for finish machining in your factory or as a ready-to-install component.

So that we know in advance how we can best optimize your casting, we at S+C rely on solidification simulation. Using the latest technology, we simulate our sand castings in this way in order to provide you with suggestions as to how costs can be saved by modifying the casting if necessary.

For light-weight and precise castings.

We provide our customers 60 years of experience in investment casting. Castings weighing up to 45 kgs* and up to 500 mm in length can be produced optimally by using the investment casting process, for a good value of money; we supply the parts in as cast, pre-machined or finish machined condition.

**1G corresponds to 1 times the acceleration due to gravity. The G-force in the centrifugal casting process acts on the solidifying steel through rotation and influences the microstructure formation during solidification towards better mechanical values. Gases and unwanted inclusions are driven to the inner diameter and can be easily removed by mechanical processing.
